THE ALLSAINTS TEAM

At AllSaints, we are in the business of feelings—making our customers feel cool and confident. Connected by attitude, creativity, and independence, we believe the wearer completes the look. Behind our effortless, character-filled designs is a global team bridging raw authenticity with high-fashion design.

Driven by Britishness as our foundation and London as our inspiration, we have entered a bold new era from September 1st, anchored by a complete brand relaunch under Creative Director Aaron Esh. Bringing a sharp, contemporary edge to our iconic aesthetic, Esh’s vision reinvents our signature pieces for a modern global audience. Grounded in substance over spectacle, we take risks, experiment, and build lifetime staples meant to be lived in, kept forever, and passed on.

Creative Director Aaron Esh says “I’m interested in character. I want people to see someone and think, ‘they are very AllSaints.’ That’s when a brand has a true identity.”

If you want to shape this next chapter, we’d love to talk.

THE ROLE

As Store Manager, you own the AllSaints experience in your city. You will lead, coach, and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service, exceed sales targets, and turn your store—and surrounding concessions—into a vibrant community hub. Balancing commercial execution with operational excellence, you’ll maximize profit, streamline stockroom operations, and drive local brand engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive Sales & Product Launches: Champion exciting new product launches and monthly floor sets, equipping your team with deep product knowledge to capitalize on every trade opportunity.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Upskill and mentor managers and stylists through regular feedback and annual appraisals, fostering high performance and strict adherence to brand standards.
  • Commercial & Operational Ownership: Analyze KPI reporting daily to react to trade risks with pace. Oversee payroll, stockroom operations, profit protection, recruitment, and health & safety.
  • Community & Partnerships: Build strong local relationships and partner with nearby concessions to extend AllSaints’ reach beyond store walls.
  • Operational Excellence: Conduct high-level floor walks, manage employee relations alongside HR, and maintain a benchmark model store.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

ABOUT THE LOCATION

Our standalone store in the Metro Centre, Newcastle has been open since 2008 and usually trades from 9:00am - 21:00pm (subject to seasonal change). Our store is the smallest AllSaints mainline store in the world, but it is still a busy and bustling environment. A Real Career Story

Our District Manager, Carlotta Annunziata, began her journey as a Stylist in our Camden store 10 years ago. Through passion, performance and development, she built an exceptional retail career and now leads at district level.

At AllSaints, many of our leaders started on the shop floor. We invest in potential and create genuine pathways from Store to Studio and beyond.
