Store Manager | Fashion Retail | Swindon | £40,000 - £43,000 + Benefits

Are you an experienced Store Manager ready for your next challenge? We're looking for a commercially focused Store Manager to lead a high-performing fashion store in Swindon.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious retail leader who enjoys driving sales, developing people and creating a great customer experience. You'll have real ownership of your store, with the opportunity to work closely with other stores and the wider retail team.

The Role

As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day performance of your store. You'll lead and develop your team, drive sales and KPIs, and ensure consistently high operational and customer service standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, coaching and developing your store team
  • Driving sales, KPIs and overall commercial performance
  • Managing day-to-day store operations including stock, payroll and visual merchandising
  • Recruiting, onboarding and developing team members
  • Monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to improve results
  • Delivering consistently high standards of customer service
  • Supporting wider business initiatives and working collaboratively with other stores
  • Being a visible, hands-on leader who leads from the front

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager in fashion, lifestyle or another fast-paced retail environment
  • Commercially minded with a strong track record of driving sales and KPIs
  • Confident leading, coaching and developing a team
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, stock and visual merchandising
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Hands-on, energetic and willing to roll your sleeves up when needed
  • Ambitious and keen to develop your career within multi-site retail
  • Passionate about delivering great customer experiences
