Store Manager
The Role
As Store Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day performance of the store, leading your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences while achieving commercial and operational targets. You will be a visible and inspiring leader, setting high standards across sales, service, operations, and team development. As Store Manager, you will:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing retail team
- Drive sales, KPIs, and commercial performance
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain premium brand standards
- Take ownership of store operations and ensure excellent retail standards
- Analyse performance and make confident commercial decisions
- Coach and develop your team to maximise individual and store performance
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Create a positive, engaging, and accountable store culture
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and standards are consistently maintained

About You
We're looking for an experienced Store Manager or Retail Manager with a strong track record of leading teams and delivering commercial results. You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, or Assistant Manager
- Experience within a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong commercial awareness and a proven ability to deliver against KPIs
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills
- A customer-first approach with high service standards
- Confidence in making commercial and operational decisions
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, positive, and solutions-focused approach
