Are you an experienced Store Manager with a passion for fashion retail? Do you thrive on leading teams, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving commercial success?

We're recruiting for a Store Manager to lead the launch of an exciting new fashion retail store in Tunbridge Wells. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Retail Manager looking to make their mark, build a successful team and play a key role in an exciting new store opening.

The Store Manager Role

As Store Manager, you'll take full ownership of this exciting new store opening, leading every aspect of the business from recruitment and team development through to driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You'll lead from the front, creating a high-performing culture where people feel motivated, supported and inspired to deliver their best every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the successful launch and ongoing performance of the new store
  • Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing retail team
  • Drive sales, commercial performance and KPI delivery
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience at every opportunity
  • Create a premium shopping environment through exceptional visual merchandising
  • Manage all day-to-day store operations, stock control and compliance
  • Build a positive, inclusive and results-focused team culture
  • Analyse trading performance and implement action plans to maximise sales
  • Ensure consistently high standards across every area of the business

About You

To be successful in this Store Manager role, you'll have:

  • Previous experience as a Store Manager within fashion retail
  • A proven background managing a fast-paced fashion retail store
  • Experience leading, coaching and developing successful retail teams
  • A track record of delivering sales growth and achieving KPI targets
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to make confident commercial decisions
  • A genuine passion for fashion, styling and delivering exceptional customer service
  • High standards in visual merchandising and store presentation
  • Energy, positivity and the ability to inspire and develop your team
