Role Description
The Store Manager role at So.Shell London is a full-time, on-site position based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Store Manager oversees daily salon operations, including managing staff schedules, coordinating appointments, and ensuring smooth front-of-house and service delivery. This role is responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, monitoring client feedback, and promoting a welcoming, professional environment that reflects the brand. The Store Manager manages inventory, merchandising, and basic financial reporting, while implementing store policies and retail loss prevention practices. This position also involves coaching and supporting team members, aligning them with performance goals, and collaborating with leadership on local marketing initiatives and service improvements.

- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on creating a high-quality salon experience.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with clients, guiding team members, and coordinating with management.
- Experience in Store Management or retail/salon operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and basic financial oversight.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard inventory and maintain operational integrity.
- Previous experience in beauty, retail, or hospitality environments is highly beneficial.
- Ability to lead diverse teams, resolve issues calmly, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with proficiency in basic computer and booking systems.
- Flexibility to work a range of hours, including weekends and peak periods, in line with salon operating needs.
