The Role

As Store Manager, you'll take full ownership of the store, leading your team to deliver outstanding customer service while driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance.

You'll lead from the front, creating an engaging shopping experience, coaching your team to deliver exceptional service and ensuring every customer leaves with a positive experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing retail team.
  • Drive sales, KPIs and overall store performance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
  • Support styling, product knowledge and assisted selling across the team.
  • Maintain excellent visual merchandising and store presentation.
  • Manage stock, operations and compliance.
  • Recruit, develop and retain talented colleagues.
  • Take full ownership of the day-to-day running of the store.

What We're Looking For

You'll have experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager or Retail Manager within fashion retail.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • A genuine passion for fashion, retail and customer service.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • A proven track record of delivering sales and achieving KPIs.
  • Experience creating a service-led retail environment.
  • The ability to motivate, inspire and develop a successful team.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A hands-on approach and a passion for leading by example.
