The Role
As Store Manager, you'll take full ownership of the store, leading your team to deliver outstanding customer service while driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing retail team.
- Drive sales, KPIs and overall store performance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
- Support styling, product knowledge and assisted selling across the team.
- Maintain excellent visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Manage stock, operations and compliance.
- Recruit, develop and retain talented colleagues.
- Take full ownership of the day-to-day running of the store.

What We're Looking For
You'll have experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager or Retail Manager within fashion retail.
We're looking for someone who has:
- A genuine passion for fashion, retail and customer service.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- A proven track record of delivering sales and achieving KPIs.
- Experience creating a service-led retail environment.
- The ability to motivate, inspire and develop a successful team.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A hands-on approach and a passion for leading by example.
