If you’re an experienced retail leader who loves developing teams, driving performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience, this could be a great next move.
We’re looking for a full-time Store Manager to lead, train and inspire a retail team, reporting to the Head of Retail. You’ll drive commercial results while ensuring consistently high standards of customer service, product knowledge and store presentation.

What you’ll be doing
- Lead the team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales, expense and inventory KPIs.
- Run the daily service window, providing in-the-moment coaching and feedback.
- Hold weekly one-to-ones covering KPIs, service, behaviours, goals and development.
- Train and develop the team, creating a continuous-learning culture.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to brand standards.
- Manage operations, administration, maintenance, Health & Safety and retail compliance.
- Set priorities, delegate effectively and manage short and long-term objectives.
- Communicate key performance issues to the Head of Retail and own your development plan.
