Store Manager

Location: Harrogate

Salary: Up to £34,000

Role: Permanent – Full Time (37.5 hours per week)

Part Time hours will also be considered

We're looking for an inspiring Store Manager who enjoys developing people, building strong customer relationships and taking ownership of a successful retail business. If you're passionate about leading from the front and creating an outstanding shopping experience, we'd love to hear from you.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • A confident and natural retail leader with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Previous experience working within a customer-focused retail environment is essential.
  • A current Store Manager or experienced Assistant/Deputy Manager ready to take the next step.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to drive sales, profitability and excellent customer service.
  • A proactive, self-motivated individual who enjoys working autonomously.
  • Passionate about coaching, developing and inspiring people to be their very best.
  • Creative, enthusiastic and always looking for ways to improve the customer experience.

THE ROLE – KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead your store team to deliver exceptional customer service every day.
  • Drive commercial performance through strong leadership, sales focus and effective cost control.
  • Recruit, coach and develop a passionate, engaged and high-performing team.
  • Create a welcoming, inspiring and beautifully presented store environment.
  • Analyse store performance and identify opportunities to grow sales and improve the customer experience.
  • Build relationships within the local community to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider business to ensure excellent communication and operational standards.
  • Ensure the store is safe, compliant and maintained to the highest standards.
