Acting as a Brand Ambassador, this role provides world-class service by building and maintaining loyal clients to maximize profitable sales. Ensuring that housekeeping standards, personal grooming, and stock are handled correctly.
Job Responsibilities:
Business Development and Performance Management
- Drive and maximize sales performance, monitor KPIs, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Analyze the business, propose, and implement action plans to improve results.
- Market expert, identifying new opportunities to attract and retain clients.
- Work closely with the merchandising team to ensure that appropriate stock and assortment levels are met.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and make the best out of the display and proximity storage.
- Be present on the sales floor, continuously motivate sales staff to meet assigned sales through an authentic client experience and communicate goal expectations.

Team Management
- Create a supportive and positive work culture to develop and motivate staff through goal setting, performance monitoring, monthly touch base meetings, and storewide meetings in order to coach and deliver timely feedback.
- Ensuring compliance with all global guidelines and implementation with the team.
- Ensure all Store initiatives are rolled out, updated, and understood by the team.
- Attract and recruit the best talent available in the market through networking and scouting.
- Ensure a strong onboarding for all new joiners within the team.
- Enforce company policies while adhering to proper procedure regarding disciplinary action.
- Proactively assess performance and growth potential of individual staff members.
- Identify individual and team training needs.
- Ensure timely submission of accurate timesheets.
Client Care / After Sales Management
- Manage all aspects of the Client Care Service in the Store, adapt global strategies to ensure high-quality customer care post-purchase, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty while contributing to the overall growth and success of RIMOWA.
- Continuously review and optimize client-care processes in the store, including repairs, warranties, returns, and exchanges, to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain high-quality standards for repairs, replacements, and customer service interactions to uphold brand reputation.
- Implement initiatives to enhance the overall post-purchase experience, including feedback mechanisms and proactive customer engagement strategies.

Administrative & Operations Management
- Ensure synergy and teamwork between front and back of house.
- Manage the daily store operations (opening, closure, deliveries, repairs), ensure sufficient stock level and replenishment.
- Complete all necessary administrative paperwork in a timely manner.
- Control daily invoices petty cash and take necessary actions to effectively control costs and ensure efficient operation in store.
- Review and submit sales and operational reports to management in adherence to company’s KPIs and policies.
- Ensure maintenance of cycle counts, inventory accuracy, and shrink requirements.
Language
- Local language – Fluent
- English – Advanced working proficiency
IT Skills
- CEGID (Previous knowledge would be a plus)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
RIMOWA Related Knowledge
- Be knowledgeable about our products, brand, and market.
- Embody our RIMOWA values.
- In case of Concession: Be familiar with house regulation and stakeholders.
Beneficial Experience

Profile:
Education
- High school degree equivalent or university degree (e.g. bachelor) in a business-related field.
Background
- 5+ years management and retail experience.
- Knowledge of luxury sector would be a plus.
- Held previous positions as supervisor, assistant store manager, or store manager.
- Experience with training and leading team members.
