Store Manager | Design Led Lifestyle Retailer | Bristol | Salary up to £42k + Benefits

An exciting opportunity has opened for a motivated and commercially minded Store Manager to join a respected lifestyle retailer celebrated for its distinctive product selection, high-quality collections, and stylish, design-led ethos.

This position is perfect for a confident retail leader who enjoys working in an aesthetically driven environment and is dedicated to creating an outstanding, customer-centric shopping experience.

What you'll be doing as Store Manager:

  • Take full responsibility for the store's day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment, inspiring, leading, and energising a dedicated team to deliver strong performance.
  • Drive outstanding customer experiences, ensuring every interaction is delivered with a high level of care, attention, and a tailored approach that feels personal and considered.
  • Achieve robust commercial performance by maximising sales, delivering key KPIs, and driving overall store profitability.
  • Maintain high standards across visual merchandising, presentation, and operational execution.
  • Manage all aspects of store operations, including stock control, staffing rotas, compliance, and adherence to health & safety standards.
  • Develop, support, and coach team members to reach their full potential, fostering a positive, high-performance culture focused on growth and achievement.
  • Act as a professional ambassador for the business, consistently reflecting its values, standards, and distinctive brand identity in everything you do.

About you:

You are an accomplished retail leader, already operating at Assistant or Store Manager level and looking for your next career move. You have a genuine passion for lifestyle retail, including fashion, interiors, wellness and gifting, and you know how to create an inspiring, positive customer environment even in a busy, high-traffic store. You lead with confidence, set clear expectations, and motivate your team to consistently deliver strong performance. This role requires flexibility and a willingness to work early mornings and evenings as part of a fast-paced retail operation.
