Store Manager

Location: Wrexham
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum + Bonus
Role: Permanent – Full-Time

About the Opportunity

Our client is a well-established and growing retail business that prides itself on delivering exceptional customer experiences through a consultative and service-led approach. They are now looking for an ambitious and commercially focused Store Manager to lead their Wrexham store, driving sales performance while developing a motivated and successful team. We are looking for a confident Store Manager who leads from the front, enjoys working towards targets and has a passion for developing high-performing teams. This role would suit someone who:

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service while creating a positive and engaging environment for both customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing retail team
  • Drive sales, KPIs and commercial performance through effective leadership
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience at every stage of the customer journey
  • Monitor store performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Create a positive, motivated and engaged team culture
  • Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and store standards
  • Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently
  • Take ownership of results and implement actions to maximise performance

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience leading a retail team
  • Can demonstrate success in achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • Is commercially aware and results driven
  • Has strong coaching and people development skills
  • Delivers exceptional customer service through a consultative sales approach
  • Is confident building relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Brings energy, resilience and a positive attitude to work every day
  • Is organised, proactive and able to prioritise effectively
  • Leads with integrity and accountability
