An expanding national retailer, my client are looking to hire a forward-thinking, problem-solving, hands-on manager who is looking to drive their career upwards.
Store Managers take on a lot of responsibility, leading and developing their team, growing sales and keeping their customers happy.
The role:
- Recruit, train and develop the store team
- Create an environment where every member of your team can do their best work
- Effectively delegate workload and motivate your team to achieve your store’s key performance indicators
- Ensure and provide excellent Customer Service throughout your store
- Monitor, manage and improve key performance indicators throughout your store

You will have:
- Experience of leading and developing a big team in a fast-paced, target-driven retail environment
- Experience in food, discount or high volume retail - essential
- Excellent time-management, delegation and problem-solving skills
- A customer-centric manner, prioritising the customer experience at all times
- A strong work ethic and willingness to work on the shop-floor alongside your colleagues
