Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment is partnering with a leading fashion retailer to recruit an exceptional Store Manager for a high-profile Manchester location.

This Store Manager opportunity is perfect for a commercially driven retail leader who thrives on delivering results through exceptional customer service, strong people leadership, and outstanding operational standards. The Role

As Store Manager, you'll take full ownership of your store, leading from the front to maximise sales, deliver exceptional service, and create a culture where both your team and customers thrive.

You'll be accountable for commercial performance, customer satisfaction, team development, and operational excellence while ensuring every customer leaves with an experience that keeps them coming back.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales, profit and KPI performance through strong commercial decision-making.
  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team to consistently exceed targets.
  • Create a customer-first culture that delivers exceptional service and builds customer loyalty.
  • Analyse sales performance, identify opportunities and implement action plans to grow the business.
  • Ensure excellent visual merchandising, stock control and operational standards.
  • Recruit, develop and retain talented colleagues, building a motivated and engaged team.
  • Maintain compliance across Health & Safety, company policies and operational procedures.
  • Keep up to date with local competition and market trends to maximise commercial opportunities.

About You

You'll already have experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager or Department Manager within a fast-paced retail environment and have a proven track record of delivering sales growth and developing successful teams.
