In the role of Store Manager, you’re the heart and soul of one of our smaller boutiques. With your leadership, the shop runs like a dream - from daily operations to big-picture planning and sales. You hire team members, coach them on the job, and create a workplace where everyone works as one.

- You have a similar level of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or cosmetics.
- You're the perfect mix of a people’s person and business brain - you understand sales targets just as easily as you remember everyone’s birthday.
- You're incredibly adaptable - switching from coaching a team member to jumping on the shop floor when it gets busy; you make it all come together.
- You’re available to work during opening hours, which include evenings and weekends.
