Senior Store Manager – Eltham

To £45,000 | Full-time | 40 hours

A leadership role with real scope

We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Eltham store — a substantial business with a team of 25+ colleagues and continued investment in its people, technology, and customer experience.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who can balance people, customer experience, performance, and translate clear commercial priorities into strong day-to-day execution.

Working in partnership with the Store Directors, you’ll have the autonomy and accountability to lead the team, raise performance and standards, develop capability, and identify the opportunities that will move the business forward.

You'll lead with purpose and know that great performance comes from clear expectations, strong leadership, and a team that delivers with pride - every day.

The opportunity at Eltham

Eltham is a store with scale, investment, and opportunity. We’re continuing to invest in the business and are looking for a Store Manager who wants to play an important part in what comes next - Someone who brings ideas, takes ownership, and wants to make a genuine contribution to the store's future.

You’ll work closely with experienced Store Directors, with the support to develop but also the space to lead. This role offers significant scope to broaden your commercial and leadership experience and build towards future leadership or partnership opportunities within Specsavers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
