Store Manager | Premium Retailer | Cardiff | Up to £35,000 plus bonus and commission
We're on the hunt for a passionate, commercially driven and hands on Store Manager to lead a fantastic team in Cardiff.
This is your chance to bring energy, leadership and a customer-focused approach to a city centre store within an exciting premium brand, where customer experience is everything. As Store Manager, you'll be at the heart of the store, leading by example, inspiring and motivating your team, driving strong sales results, and making each day a success.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the daily running of the store, maintaining high standards across presentation, merchandising, and operations.
- Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering a personalized customer experience and supporting the team.
- Drive sales, KPIs, and profitability through strong leadership, coaching, and commercial focus.
- Build lasting client relationships that encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Oversee stock, deliveries, and inventory to ensure strong availability and efficient operations.
- Use store performance data to identify opportunities and maximize results.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and stock loss with a commercially focused approach.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards are consistently followed.
- Motivate, develop, and support the team, fostering a positive and collaborative culture.
- Work closely with the wider management team, providing support and cover when required.

What We're Looking For
- Experienced retail manager with a strong record of delivering sales results, ideally within a premium brand.
- Commercially focused, with a strong understanding of KPIs, budgets, profitability, and what drives store performance.
- Confident leader who can motivate, coach, and develop a team while leading by example on the shop floor.
- Hands-on, organized, and operationally strong, with experience of opening and closing a standalone store.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional, personalized customer experiences and building lasting relationships.
- Flexible and willing to support other local stores when required.
- A collaborative team player who is happy to provide support and cover across the wider management team.
