STORE MANAGER – NEW STORE OPENING

Central London | £50,000–£55,000 + Bonus

I’m partnering with a leading premium jewellery brand on an exciting new Central London store opening and am looking for a commercially strong, people-focused Store Manager to lead the team.

This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Store Manager, or a very strong Assistant Store Manager ready to take the next step, to join a fast-paced, energetic environment where customer experience, team culture and commercial performance are equally important.

You’ll lead a small, high-performing team, creating a fun, positive and highly engaged store culture while remaining visible and hands-on on the shop floor. Alongside driving day-to-day business, you’ll play a key role in shaping the store's culture, standards, and energy from launch.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
