Store Manager | Premium Retail Brand

Westfield White City | Up to £50,000 + benefits

We’re partnering with a premium consumer brand to appoint an experienced Store Manager for its Westfield White City location.

This is a hands-on leadership role with full responsibility for store performance, team development, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The role

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading, motivating, and developing the store team
  • Driving sales, conversion, and overall commercial performance
  • Taking ownership of store KPIs and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Delivering consistently high standards of customer experience
  • Managing day-to-day store operations, stock, and visual standards
  • Recruiting, coaching, and developing team members
  • Creating a positive, high-performance store culture
  • Working closely with the wider business to deliver commercial objectives

About you

We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager, or an exceptional Assistant Store Manager ready to step up, with:

  • Experience within premium, lifestyle, or customer-led retail
  • A strong track record of delivering against commercial targets
  • Confidence managing KPIs and store performance
  • Strong people leadership and team development skills
  • High standards of customer service and operational execution
  • A proactive, hands-on, and commercially-minded approach

Experience within beauty, skincare, wellness, fragrance, fashion, or another premium consumer environment would be advantageous but is not essential.

Salary: Up to £50,000 + benefits

Location: Westfield White City, London

Contract: Permanent, full-time
