CDLP

CDLP is a Swedish design house redefining modern luxury essentials through innovation, purpose, and timeless design. 10 years into our journey we continue to scale globally, and we will be expanding our retail footprint with a new flagship store.

We are now looking for an experienced Store Manager for the opening of our first international store in London by the end of 2026. Reporting to the Head of Retail and Clienteling, you will support the development and day-to-day management of the store. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business performance, managing the point of sale and leading the team.

The mission

  • Create a world-class retail experience for new and existing customers in our second largest market
  • Be the primary driver of brand discovery and customer acquisition in the UK, making the store the front door to CDLP for a new audience
  • Set the standard for our customer experience globally, building the playbook that future stores will follow
  • Uphold the brand image and act as a role model in customer service, client experience, visual merchandising, and client loyalty

Driving commercial performance

  • Develop sales revenue through various business levers (performance analysis) and implement action plans
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management
  • Ensure proper maintenance of the client database and propose loyalty initiatives using our CRM tools
  • Act as a relay of information between management and headquarters
  • Coordinate marketing actions at the store with headquarters and seize opportunities according to the local calendar and community

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
