Store Planning Manager / Senior Branch Merchandiser
Salary: Up to £65,000
Location: London – 4 days office 1 day from home.
We are partnering with a high-growth fashion brand entering an exciting phase of international expansion. Seeing double digit growth across all channels. The business plans to grow their existing store portfolio from 11 to 35+ internationally. The business is looking for an experienced Store Planning Manager / Branch Merchandising Manager to help shape and deliver this growth.
This is a highly commercial role with responsibility for ensuring every store has the right stock, in the right quantities, at the right time. You will oversee new-store stock packages, space and range planning, allocation and replenishment, while trading the existing portfolio across both full-price and outlet channels.

The Role
- Support the international expansion strategy as the store portfolio grows from 11 to 35+ international locations.
- Build tailored opening stock packages for new stores, reflecting location, customer profile, space and sales potential.
- Manage branch planning, grading, clustering and range allocation across full-price and outlet stores.
- Trade stores in season, identifying opportunities and risks across sales, stock, availability and markdown.
- Recommend stock movements, replenishment and rebalancing to maximise sales and reduce terminal stock.
- Review store performance and provide clear, commercially focused recommendations.
- Partner closely with Buying, Merchandising, Retail, Operations and Logistics.
- Improve reporting, processes and store-planning tools as the retail estate grows.

About you
- Strong experience in branch merchandising, store planning or retail merchandising within fashion or a related consumer sector ideally with international experience.
- Experience managing both full-price and outlet channels.
- A clear understanding of stock packages, allocation, replenishment, grading and in-season trading.
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced, growing business where priorities can change quickly.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
- International retail exposure would be highly advantageous.
- Advanced Excel skills are essential.
