Store Product & Visual Lead | Fashion Retail | Central London | Salary up to £45,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Are you a commercially minded fashion retail professional with a strong eye for product, presentation and customer experience?
We're recruiting a Store Product & Visual Lead to join a trend-led fashion brand in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of product presentation and visual standards within a flagship store, ensuring the customer experience is inspiring, commercial and true to the brand.
You'll work closely with the wider store leadership team, using your understanding of product, trends, customer behaviour and sales performance to maximise commercial opportunities.
The Role
As Store Product & Visual Lead, you'll be responsible for ensuring product is presented to its best potential across the store. From seasonal launches and campaigns through to product placement and daily floor standards, you'll combine creativity with commercial thinking to drive engagement and sales.
You'll also lead and develop a team, working collaboratively with Store Operations, Buying, Merchandising and Marketing to bring the brand to life in store.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the Store Product & Visual team to deliver exceptional standards.
- Own product presentation and visual execution across the flagship store.
- Ensure product placement, merchandising and displays are commercially focused and on-brand.
- Deliver seasonal launches, campaigns and new product introductions.
- Use sales performance, customer behaviour and product insights to maximise commercial opportunities.
- Work closely with Buying, Merchandising, Marketing and Retail Operations on key launches and campaigns.
- Coach teams on product knowledge, presentation and commercial awareness.
- Conduct regular floor walks and identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and sales.
- Support new store openings, refits, relocations and concept launches where required.
- Keep up to date with fashion, retail and customer trends to ensure the store remains relevant and inspiring.
About You
You'll be an experienced fashion retail professional who understands how product, presentation and customer experience come together to drive commercial performance.
You'll ideally have:

- Experience in a Store Product, Visual Merchandising, Product Merchandising or similar leadership role.
- Strong fashion retail experience with a genuine passion for product.
- Experience leading, coaching and developing teams.
- A strong commercial mindset with the ability to use sales and product data to influence decisions.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced retail environment.
- A strong eye for detail and an understanding of customer experience.
- Experience within fashion, premium, lifestyle or trend-led retail.
