Store Product & Visual Lead | Sheffield | £40,000-£60,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Are you a commercially minded fashion retail leader with a strong eye for product, presentation and customer experience?
We're recruiting a Store Product & Visual Lead to join a trend-led fashion brand in Sheffield. You'll take ownership of product presentation and visual standards, ensuring the store is inspiring, commercial and aligned to the brand.
The Role
- Lead and develop the Store Product & Visual team.
- Own product presentation, merchandising and visual standards.
- Deliver seasonal launches, campaigns and new product introductions.
- Use sales and customer insights to maximise commercial opportunities.
- Partner with Buying, Merchandising, Marketing and Retail Operations.
- Coach teams on product knowledge, presentation and commercial awareness.
- Support refits, new concepts and store development where required.

About You
You'll ideally have:
- Experience in Product, VM, Product Merchandising or a similar retail leadership role.
- Strong fashion, premium, lifestyle or trend-led retail experience.
- Experience leading and developing teams.
- A strong commercial mindset and understanding of sales performance.
- Excellent attention to detail and a genuine passion for product and customer experience.
