About Us

Founded in 1984 as a brick-and-mortar store in Jesmond, Newcastle upon Tyne, we transitioned to multi-channel retailing with the launch of our website in 2008. Today we trade from our boutique store in Jesmond alongside a successful online store that ships to over 50 countries and are three-time winners of Drapers “Best Independent Fashion Retailer in Britain”.

With a loyal customer base, a strong online audience and a modern edit of established and niche designers, we're proud of how far we've come and continuously strive to innovate and grow. The Role

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Store Service Advisor to join our team in Jesmond - someone with an outgoing personality, a strong understanding of fashion, and the ability to provide a meaningful, personalised experience for our customers. Providing unrivalled customer service is at the heart of what we do, so we're looking for someone who shares this passion and brings a positive, can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering warm, knowledgeable and personalised service to every customer, and building lasting relationships through clientele
  • Actively driving personal and store sales through styling advice, upselling, add-on and multi-item selling, and promoting new arrivals
  • Confidently advising customers using strong product knowledge across our range of brands
  • Handling customer queries, returns and exchanges promptly and professionally
  • Maintaining visual merchandising and store presentation to the highest standard
  • Processing deliveries, ticketing and stock movements, and supporting day-to-day store operations
  • Operating the till/POS system accurately, including sales, refunds and exchanges
  • Liaising with other departments within the business as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a retail sales role, ideally within fashion or premium retail
  • Strong sales skills and a track record of working towards targets
  • A great team player with effective communication skills
  • An exceptional work ethic - confident, trustworthy and always happy to help
