YOUR MISSION
- Lead by example and create focus, pace and positive energy throughout each assigned shift.
- Help the team connect strong customer service with commercial results and consistent standards.
- Build confidence through practical coaching, product knowledge and clear communication.
- Be a trusted contact for customers and colleagues, knowing when to act and when to involve management.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Coordinate daily activities, allocate responsibilities and keep colleagues aligned to trading priorities.
- Help the team provide confident fit, fabric and styling advice.
- Encourage conversion, complementary selling and achievement of individual and team targets.
- Run engaging briefings covering goals, promotions, product stories and operational updates.
- Provide in-the-moment coaching, recognition and constructive feedback to Sales Assistants.
- Handle customer questions, returns and service concerns professionally.
- Support authorized opening, closing, till and cash-handling procedures accurately.
- Maintain product availability through replenishment and stockroom organization.
- Support deliveries, stock counts, transfers and inventory routines.
- Key holder responsibilities.
- Keep visual merchandising, fitting rooms and housekeeping aligned with brand standards.
- Reinforce health and safety, security, loss-prevention and company procedures.
- Share customer, product and trading observations with the management team.

WHAT YOU BRING
- Previous retail experience, ideally in fashion, lifestyle or a service-led environment.
- Experience guiding colleagues or readiness for a first step into leadership.
- Clear communication and the ability to organize a busy sales floor.
- A genuine interest in customers, styling, product and the Wrangler brand.
- Commercial awareness and motivation to contribute to KPI performance.
- Positive energy, reliability and confidence taking ownership.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and peak periods.
- Fluent English, any other language is a plus.
