Want to join our superpower infused team? We're on the lookout for an experienced Supervisor to join our Clarks Village Outlet store!

You'll work closely with our Store Manager to lead by example, inspire your team, and deliver exceptional customer service every single day. Duties include:

  • Assisting Store Manager with rotas and ensuring smooth day to day running operations.
  • Deliver a premium, personalised shopping experience for every customer.
  • Build genuine relationships with customers through styling advice and product knowledge.
  • Ensure every customer feels welcomed and valued. Also ensuring your team are giving the same experience.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally, always striving for positive outcomes.
  • Drive sales, conversion, UPT and ATV through exceptional service.
  • Support the delivery of store KPIs.
  • Keep up to date and promote new collections, campaigns and charity initiatives with enthusiasm.
  • Assist with onboarding and training new team members.
  • Open and close the store following company procedures.
  • Ensure stock and stock room is replenished, organised and managed.
  • Complete operational tasks including cash handling, deliveries and stock take.

  • Has excellent product knowledge and customer service skills to help customers with questions and ensuring the wider team also share this knowledge.
  • Is experienced in training staff on customer service expectations and shop floor protocol.
  • Will support and motivate the team to achieve individual and store goals.
  • Lead with positivity, energy and confidence.
  • Support local events and community engagement where appropriate.
