Store Supervisor - Full Time
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team in EUROSPAR Summerhill. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
- Ensure that the store is clean, well-organised, and visually appealing to customers.
- Manage and motivate a team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, setting goals and taking action to drive sales and meet targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Implement store policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new store associates.
- Conduct regular store meetings to communicate goals, updates, and expectations to the team.
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop strategies for improving store performance and profitability.
