ThruDark is recruiting for a Store Supervisor

ThruDark is recruiting for a Store Supervisor to support the successful operation of our Battersea Power Station store.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and motivated individual to help lead a premium retail environment during one of our most high-profile activations. As Store Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the Retail Manager, driving daily performance, motivating your team, and ensuring every customer leaves with an exceptional impression of the brand.

You’ll act as a role model on the shop floor - leading with confidence, integrity, and a hands-on approach that reflects ThruDark’s core values of Humility, Unity, Unrelenting, and Integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Retail Manager in all aspects of store operations, from sales and service to staffing and compliance.
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve and exceed performance targets.
  • Act as the duty manager when required, including opening and closing the store, managing cash handling, and overseeing daily KPIs.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience, maintaining the highest levels of product knowledge and service.
  • Assist with product presentation and visual merchandising in line with brand standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer engagement.
  • Support stock control, replenishment, and loss prevention procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements.

About You

  • Experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or Team Lead within premium or performance retail.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and develop others.
  • Commercially minded, confident in analysing KPIs and driving results.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on retail setting.
  • Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and bank holidays as required.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office.
