We're looking for a confident and ambitious Store Supervisor to join our Brighton team. Working closely with the Store Manager and wider store colleagues, this is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading from the front, driving performance on the shop floor and developing their leadership skills within a premium retail environment.
As a Store Supervisor, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the store, helping to drive sales performance, deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive environment where colleagues can thrive. You'll be confident taking ownership on the shop floor, coaching colleagues and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience.

What You'll Do
- Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store
- Assist with store administration, rota management and operational tasks
- Lead the shop floor with confidence, setting the standard for customer service and sales performance
- Drive sales through outstanding customer conversations and tailored product recommendations
- Support, motivate and develop colleagues to achieve their best
- Help create a positive, inclusive and high-performing culture
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and operations
- Take ownership of the store and step up when needed in the manager's absence
- Develop your leadership skills within a premium retail environment

What We're Looking For
- Previous retail or customer-facing sales experience with a passion for delivering results
- Confidence leading the shop floor and supporting colleagues throughout the day
- A natural ability to build rapport and provide exceptional customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A willingness to learn, develop and take on new responsibilities
- Someone who enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team
- Customer-focused, proactive and solutions-driven
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience would be advantageous
- Optical retail experience is preferred but not essential
