As Store Supervisor, you’ll team up with store management to help our flagship Oxford Street store in London meet and exceed its sales targets. You’ll become a shining example of how to build and maintain customer relationships while maintaining the highest brand standards in selling, product presentation, and merchandising. You’ll ensure that everyday tasks are completed diligently while influencing the processes behind them. And with your guidance in product, people, and service planning, our store and its Sales Associates will become a model for the ASICS retail experience.

How You’ll Help Us.
Based at our flagship Oxford Street store in London and reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll:
- Lead by example in building and maintaining customer relationships and carrying out everyday tasks.
- Ensure all cash handling is accurate and checkout experiences are optimised.
- Support Store Associates on merchandising, presentation, and promotional activity standards and ensure that all retail-related tasks are completed in good time.
- Liaise with store management to improve product flow processes.
- Manage back-of-house operations and share store cleaning duties where required.
More About You.
- Experience working in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Availability to occasionally work outside store opening times.
