About The Role

ThruDark is recruiting for a Store Supervisor to support the launch and operation of our new store at Sentinel House.

This is a customer-facing role suited to a confident, driven individual with strong interpersonal and leadership skills. As Store Supervisor, you will play a key role in the daily running of the store - leading by example on the shop floor, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining operational standards, and supporting your team to deliver a best-in-class retail experience.

You'll uphold the ThruDark values of Humility, Unity, and Integrity while inspiring those around you to do the same.

Please note that weekend availability is essential for this role. Weekend shifts will be shared fairly across the team, with a rotation allowing for regular weekends off.

Requirements

  • Lead by example, delivering excellent customer service and a positive in-store experience
  • Motivate and guide the team to achieve sales and performance targets
  • Support daily store operations, including opening and closing duties, cash handling and stock management
  • Assist with product presentation and visual merchandising to maintain brand standards
  • Manage and resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently
  • Work collaboratively with the Store Manager on commercial decisions and operational improvements
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming sales environment
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge and enthusiasm for the brand

About You

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or senior sales role within premium or performance retail
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive attitude
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Confidence using POS systems and basic MS Office
