Vivienne Westwood is currently seeking a Store Supervisor to join our team at our Flagship store location. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience, consistently exceeding customer expectations.
  • Maximise all sales opportunities to achieve individual and store sales targets and KPI objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on Vivienne Westwood products, including pricing, features, benefits, availability, and styling.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures relating to stock security, cash handling, customer records, and loss prevention.
  • Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising, presentation, and housekeeping across the store.
  • Ensure customer orders, alterations, and special requests are processed accurately, efficiently, and within agreed timelines.
  • Proactively capture customer data in line with GDPR requirements to support clienteling activities, customer retention, and repeat business.
  • Attend and actively participate in all training sessions, store meetings, and company events as required.
  • Maintain professional and effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management at all times.
  • Adhere to company standards regarding appearance, conduct, and behaviour as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
  • Support the upkeep of store standards, ensuring a luxury retail environment is maintained at all times.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of stocktakes and inventory management activities.
  • Support daily cash reconciliation and end-of-day cashing-up procedures.
  • Assist with the onboarding, training, and development of new team members.
  • Coach and support colleagues to enhance sales performance, customer service standards, and KPI achievement.
  • Monitor individual and team sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing ongoing feedback and guidance.
  • Support the Store Management team in the day-to-day operation of the store, ensuring business objectives, service standards, and operational requirements are consistently achieved.
  • Act as Manager-on-Duty in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager, taking responsibility for the smooth running of the store, team supervision, customer service standards, and operational decision-making.
  • Act as a role model for company values, promoting a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by the Store Management team.

  • Previous experience in a retail environment, ideally within a premium or luxury setting.
  • Experience supporting, motivating, or working collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver an excellent customer experience.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, with a focus on driving results. (Please note this is not an exhaustive list of duties, and you may be required to perform additional duties to fulfil the requirements of the role.)
