Job Title: Store Supervisor

Reports to: Store Manager

Location: Battersea Power Station

Contract: Permanent Part Time 15 hours Fully Flexible Weekend Position

About the Role

ThruDark is recruiting for a Store Supervisor to support the launch and operation of our new store at Battersea Power Station. This is a customer-facing role suited to a confident, driven individual with strong interpersonal and leadership skills. As Store Supervisor, you will play a key role in the daily running of the store - leading by example on the shop floor, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining operational standards, and supporting your team to deliver a best-in-class retail experience. You’ll uphold the ThruDark values of Humility, Unity, and Integrity while inspiring those around you to do the same.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example, delivering excellent customer service and a positive in-store experience.
  • Motivate and guide the team to achieve sales and performance targets.
  • Support daily store operations, including opening and closing duties, cash handling, and stock management.
  • Assist with product presentation and visual merchandising to maintain brand standards.
  • Manage and resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with the Store Manager on commercial decisions and operational improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming sales environment.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge and enthusiasm for the brand.

About You

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or senior sales role within premium or performance retail.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive attitude.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Confidence using POS systems and basic MS Office.
