Supervisor at Skechers
As a Supervisor at Skechers, you'll be at the heart of our store, helping to create an amazing experience for our customers while inspiring and motivating the team to achieve their goals. If you're an experienced retail Supervisor who is passionate about people, sales, and delivering great results, this is your opportunity to take the next step in your retail career.
Working a full-time 40-hour contract, you'll play a key role in leading the team on the sales floor, driving sales performance, supporting daily operations, and ensuring our store consistently delivers the high standards our customers expect. You'll work closely with the management team, take ownership of your shift, and lead by example to create a positive, energetic, and customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities
- Leadership and Motivation: Lead, motivate, and support the team to achieve their individual and store goals.
- Customer Experience: Deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensuring customers receive knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging service.
- Sales Performance: Support the management team in achieving and exceeding store sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store consistently meets Skechers’ visual, presentation, and brand standards.
- Operations: Support the smooth running of daily store operations and ensure operational tasks are completed accurately and within required timescales.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous retail Supervisor experience is essential.
- Skills: Proven experience leading, motivating, and supporting a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Attributes: A strong customer focus, commercially aware, confident in communication, organized, and able to prioritize and delegate effectively.
- Flexibility: Full flexibility and availability across all days of the week, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
