What you’ll do:
- Lead, motivate, and develop your team to deliver great service and Damn Fine Coffee™
- Take ownership of your store’s performance — from sales to standards
- Build a culture where people love to work and customers love to visit
- Keep operations on track — managing stock, people, and day-to-day performance
What we’re looking for:
- Previous leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or another fast-paced environment
- A people-first approach — you’ll get the best out of your team by leading from the front
- Energy, resilience, and confidence in a busy, city-centre setting
- A results-driven mindset with the ambition to grow your store and your career
