This is an exciting opportunity to join our fabulous team. You will be part of the team that will be the driving force in store, delivering our vision of:

What we need from You

  • A love of people, good food, and an appreciation of great coffee.
  • A strong team ethic – developing a team that achieves success together, and who look after each other.
  • High standards in all you do, with great attention to detail, inspiring those behaviours in others.
  • Bags of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Ability to multitask and confidently work across both FOH and BOH, from cooking in the kitchen to preparing drinks, handling service, and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Flexibility to work across different shifts.

Team Member Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Serve high-quality hot and cold drinks, and food, following our brand standards and specifications for all menu items, including hot food categories.
  • Ensure the café is always clean, tidy, and well-stocked, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers and the team.
  • Adapt to various tasks throughout the day, working as part of a hands-on team that supports each other all the time.
  • Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures to maintain quality and consistency in service and food preparation.
  • From cooking in the kitchen to preparing drinks and handling service, every team member contributes to all areas of the café operation.
