Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Storeman to join our team on a full-time basis at our warehouses in North London (Palmers Green) and Loughton. You will be responsible for coordinating materials, warehouse deliveries, and site logistics, including driving duties to support our operational sites. Working closely with suppliers and site teams, you will ensure materials are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements.

This role would suit someone with experience in warehousing, stores, logistics, or materials management who is organised, reliable, and able to work independently while supporting the day-to-day needs of multiple sites.

Previous experience in a similar role is desirable. Due to our vehicle insurance requirements, applicants must be aged 25 or over, hold a full, clean UK driving licence, and have held that licence for a minimum of 5 years. Due to the nature of the role and the requirement to work across both warehouse locations, applicants should live within easy commuting distance of Palmers Green, North London, and Loughton.
