JRL Group Storeman Opportunity in Borehamwood, WD6

JRL Group is looking for an experienced Storeman for a project in Borehamwood, WD6. This contract is available to start immediately and we can offer up to 3 months of work.

Job Duties

  • Must have a good knowledge of construction materials and plant.
  • Control materials in/out of the stores.
  • Issue materials to contractors from the stores using a formal issue procedure.
  • Check site stored materials weekly and report on stock levels and any storage issues to Midgard Management.
  • Maintain neat, tidy, and legible stock records and issue them weekly to Midgard Management.
  • Identify when material stocks need to be replenished in good time.
  • Keep the stores tidy and organized.
  • Accept and check deliveries. Report any issues to Midgard Management immediately.
  • Collect and sign delivery documentation. Issue it to Midgard Management weekly.

HOURS & PAY

  • Up to 3 months of work
  • 08:00am – 6:00pm Monday to Friday (1hr lunch break) 10hrs paid per day
  • £145.00 per day
  • CIS / UTR Payment (No Umbrella companies / fees)

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience as a storeman on construction projects
  • Construction experience essential
  • Good knowledge of construction materials
  • Must have a valid CSCS
  • PPE required
  • Must be able to communicate in English both verbally and written
  • Valid Work Permit / Right to Work in UK
