Job Description
Oversee deliveries, monitor stock levels to ensure suitable amount of stock is available. Delivery fittings/ equipment to site as required.
Responsibilities
- Manage requisition of stock ensuring customer requirements are met.
- Manage perpetual inventory and investigate discrepancies.
- Produce and present reports.
- Liaise with Planning and Site Managers
- Ensure stock levels are adequate to suit demand.
- Liaise with suppliers
- Data entry
- Place orders onto the systems
- Ensure yard & stores area is kept safe, tidy & secure
- Load/Unload vehicles.
- Man-management
- Any other duties reasonably assigned.
Qualifications
- Fork lift/telehandler licence desirable
- Full UK Driving license suitable for upto 3.5 tonne flat bed/half truck
- Microsoft excel or similar experience
- Time management understanding
- Water industry experience desirable
