Joseph Stannah founded the business in 1867. A lot has happened since then and today Stannah is a global business. The family is in their fifth generation and plays a hands-on role in running the business. Most people know us for our stairlifts. Our range of products includes lifts, escalators, and homelifts. We also provide maintenance and repair services.

Join our team and play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly.
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Stores Administrator to manage our stock, materials, parts, and supplies across our London Infrastructure branch, based in Orpington.
This is a varied role where you'll work closely with Field Managers, Engineers, suppliers, and office teams to ensure the right materials are available at the right time, helping us deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8am - 4.45pm and Friday, 8am 3.45pm
Stores Administrator Responsibilities:
- Manage stock levels, inventory records, and parts distribution to support field operations.
- Source, order, and track materials, PPE, and specialist parts while ensuring value for money.
- Support engineers and Field Managers by maintaining stock availability and equipment records.
- Maintain compliance with health & safety, quality, environmental, and company procedures.
- Build effective relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and customers while delivering excellent service and continuous improvement.

Stores Administrator Requirements:
- Good standard of numeracy and literacy
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Able to lift and carry items, which may be heavy
