Join Our Team

We're looking for an organised and reliable Stores Assistant to help ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of goods across the hotel.

This is an important role responsible for receiving deliveries, maintaining accurate records and supporting departments by ensuring products, supplies and stock are received, checked and stored correctly.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Receive deliveries and ensure goods are checked accurately against orders and delivery notes
  • Inspect deliveries to ensure products meet quality and quantity requirements
  • Record and process deliveries in line with company procedures
  • Store goods safely and correctly, following stock rotation and storage guidelines
  • Support stock control processes and inventory management activities
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors and hotel departments regarding deliveries
  • Report discrepancies, damages or shortages promptly
  • Help maintain clean, organised and safe storage areas
  • Follow health and safety, food safety and company procedures at all times

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in goods receiving, stock control, stores or a similar role is desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic IT and administrative skills
  • Positive, reliable and proactive approach
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards and safe working practices
