Stores Assistant at Diamond Aircraft MRO

We have one vacancy for a Stores Assistant at our Diamond Aircraft MRO at London Oxford Airport, and we're open to two kinds of candidate: someone with stores, warehouse or stock control experience who can take ownership from day one, or a trainee with strong IT skills and the right attitude who we'll train from the ground up. The job is the same either way. What differs is how quickly you take on the full scope, and pay reflects your experience.

This isn't a static role. As you build product and system knowledge, it can grow into parts sales and procurement – sourcing, purchasing and supplier management for the hangar.

Ideal start: September 2026.

About Us

Triple J Aviation Engineering is a specialist Diamond Aircraft MRO based at Oxford Airport, operating from a newly refurbished hangar. We maintain and repair the full range of Diamond aircraft, and we're proud of the friendly, safety-conscious environment we've built. Our team is close-knit, professional, and passionate about general aviation.

The Role

This role is the backbone of the hangar – making sure the right parts, materials, and tools are where they need to be, when they need to be there.

It's a hands-on role with two distinct sides. A good chunk of your time is spent on our process control system – logging stock, generating labels, managing records – so strong IT skills are a must. The other side is physical: receiving deliveries (from small boxes to full pallets), moving stock, mixing consumables like bottles of coolant, and keeping the stores environment clean and well-organised.

If you're the kind of person who takes pride in keeping things in order and doesn't mind rolling up their sleeves, this could be a great fit.

Core Responsibilities

Stock Control & Inventory Management

  • Organisation and maintenance of stock levels for both valued stock and consumable materials
  • Stock rotation, stock control, and regular stock taking

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
