Salary: Up to £33,500 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, no weekends
Location: Aldershot

Your Role:
- Responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of the store team, ensuring efficient service delivery to customers.
- Ensuring the timely supply of parts, furniture, fittings, equipment, and loan items to maintenance teams in line with contractual response times.
- Purchasing, replenishing, and controlling stock in accordance with company policies, processes, and procedures.
- Coordinating stock takes, vehicle stock checks, goods receipt and dispatch activities while maintaining accurate records.
- Managing controlled substances hazardous to health documentation, risk assessments, and compliance with statutory regulations.
- Leading communication between stores and maintenance teams, supervising staff, supporting training, and promoting safe working practices.

What We're Looking For:
Qualifications:
- GCSE Maths and English
- Good level of literacy and information technology skills with a competent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages or equivalent
- Full clean UK driving licence
Experience:
- Previous supervisory experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of inventory, warehousing, and stock procurement procedures
- Proven experience working to targets and deadlines
- Experience delivering excellent customer service
