adi Facilities Engineering Stores Coordinator

Location – Towcester, Northamptonshire

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, organised, and customer-focused Stores Coordinator to join our team. This hands-on role combines inventory control, warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, and customer support in a fast-paced environment.

Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform stock checks
  • Receive, store, pick, pack, and dispatch materials and supplies
  • Process shipments and coordinate collections with carriers
  • File export documentation via the ACE Secure Data Portal
  • Operate forklifts to load and unload delivery vehicles
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and warehouse best practices
  • Provide excellent service to internal and external customers

About you

We would like to hear from you if you have:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
  • Extensive experience in shipping, receiving, inventory, or warehouse operations preferred
  • Forklift experience/certification desirable

This role involves manual handling duties, including lifting and moving stock weighing up to 23 kg, with appropriate equipment and training provided where applicable.
