Hays are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation for a Stores and Fleet Coordinator to join their team in the Greater Belfast area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in stores, logistics, stock control, or fleet coordination to join a busy operational environment where they can play a key role in supporting day-to-day service delivery.
Your new role
As Stores and Fleet Coordinator you will:
- Support the efficient management of stores, materials, tools, PPE, and fleet operations.
- You will be responsible for receiving and checking deliveries, maintaining stock records, issuing materials and equipment, supporting stock control activities, coordinating deliveries to site, and assisting with fleet administration including servicing, MOTs, and repairs.
- You will also liaise with suppliers, support audit processes, and help ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures.

What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum of 2 years' experience within a maintenance, construction, logistics, or service-based environment.
- Previous experience in stores, stock control, or logistics.
- Experience working with stock, fleet, or workflow management systems.
- Strong IT skills with the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience dealing with operational queries and resolving issues effectively.
- Knowledge of building materials, tools, or stores operations.
- Full UK driving licence and access to transport.
