At Currys we’re united by one passion: to help everyone enjoy amazing technology. Working as one team, we learn and grow together, celebrating the big and small moments that make every day amazing.
You'll sit within the Stores GTM function, reporting to the Head of Stores GTM. Owning end-to-end execution:
- Ensure plans are on-brief, high quality, and aligned to business objectives. Challenge thinking constructively and deliver accurate, engaging in-store campaigns.
- Own the critical path: Stay organised, connect the dots, and keep the plan on track — course-correcting and managing stakeholders when issues arise.
- Own the metrics: Be clear on what we're driving (RFT, colleague/customer engagement, sales, ROI) and manage target-setting and reporting with stakeholders.
Building a brand that creates customers for life:
- Shape customer perceptions and win hearts and minds by reinforcing our rational and emotional USPs.
- Use innovation, technology, and digital to deliver a seamless retail-to-online experience and long-term ROI.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
