A Snapshot of Your Day

This position is a direct replacement to ensure business continuity for stores and warehouse operations at the Moray West offshore wind service site. To support this objective, the role is structured around two core areas: hands-on Warehouse Operations & Material Handling, which covers the physical movement and management of parts and equipment, and Inventory Management & System Administration, which focuses on maintaining accurate records and system data integrity. Given the focus on these areas, the ideal candidate will have proven experience in a warehouse environment, proficiency with inventory management systems like SAP, a valid forklift license, and a strong commitment to operational safety and quality standards.

How You’ll Make an Impact

50% Warehouse Operations & Material Handling

  • Receive, inspect, and accurately store incoming materials, tools, and spare parts for wind turbine service operations.
  • Safely operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move and organize inventory within the warehouse.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare components for dispatch to offshore service teams, ensuring correct labelling and documentation.
  • Conduct regular physical inventory counts and cycle checks to ensure stock accuracy and report discrepancies.

50% Inventory Management & System Administration

  • Process all goods movements, including receipts and dispatches, in the SAP warehouse management system in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain organized and precise records for all stored materials, including service reports and shipping documents.
  • Monitor inventory levels to support the planning of stock replenishment and communicate with relevant departments.
  • Perform daily safety checks on warehouse equipment and ensure the stores area is kept clean, organized, and compliant with all health and safety regulations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
