How to Contribute to Our Vision
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Stores Coordinator to be based onshore in Grimsby supporting our Hornsea Three Offshore Windfarm. As a Stores Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the storage and logistics requirements of our offshore wind farm. You will be required to ensure that all stock movements are recorded and controlled in an accurate and auditable manner. You will also be responsible for the packing of tools and parts ensuring all dangerous goods and container packing documentation is accurately completed and delivered to a tight schedule, this also requires a high level of flexibility to adjust to potential plan changes. You will be responsible for meeting Operational requirements whilst maintaining integrity and highest safety standards for your working environment. Providing information to the offshore teams to ensure stock is managed correctly throughout the operation as well as conducting and auditing inventory counting.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Order, receive, pick, pack, issue and dispatch inventory whilst maintaining fully auditable records on both system (SAP) and paper accurately to meet tight replenishment schedule for our service operation/crew transfer vessels.
- Complete Dangerous Goods manifests to comply with legislation.
- Management of calibrated tools, control and secure inventory including safety equipment and tooling.
- Maintain a safe, clear and clean environment ensuring all procedures are adhered to including equipment maintenance, auditing the stores (5S) as per check list and reporting findings to area manager on a weekly basis.
- Conduct weekly/monthly/annual inventory checks to procedure and audit results and team performance.
- Expedite effective logistics solutions to the site Operations team to deliver service to our internal and external customers.
What You Bring
- A passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
- You will be able to demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and take responsibility for your own workload.
- You will have demonstrable experience in Stores and or material control.
- Excellent organisation skills and be able to adapt quickly to the changing requirements.
- Physical availability at the project location, so you must live within commuting distance of Grimsby.
- You can show us your knowledge about health and safety legislation, IT literacy, particularly MS Office Applications and SAP.
- You are a strong communicator who can demonstrate to us the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
