⭐️ Stores Operative – Full Time ⭐
Due to continued expansion, Seals & Industrial Services Ltd are looking for an experienced Stores Operative to join our busy and growing team based in Droitwich.
This is a full-time, permanent position working within our warehouse, helping to ensure customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time.
Hours
Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm
1-hour lunch break
You may also be asked to work additional Saturdays when required to support business needs.
Salary
Competitive – to be discussed with the successful candidate, depending on experience and product knowledge.

Main Responsibilities
- Picking customer orders accurately from stock
- Checking products, quantities and part numbers before dispatch
- Wrapping, packing and preparing orders for delivery
- Booking/preparing parcels for courier collection
- Receiving incoming deliveries
- Checking and putting stock away in the correct locations
- Carrying out regular stock checks
- Helping to maintain accurate stock levels
- Keeping the warehouse, shelves and work areas clean, tidy and organised
- Assisting with general warehouse/stores duties as required

About You
The successful candidate must have previous warehouse/stores experience and be comfortable working in a busy environment where accuracy and organisation are important.
Experience within the seals and industrial components industry is preferred, particularly knowledge of products such as:
- O-rings
- Oil seals
- Circlips
- Retaining rings
- Bearings
- Associated sealing and industrial products
