Role Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional with a valid Counterbalance FLT licence who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment supporting production, stock control and customer deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receiving, unloading and checking incoming deliveries against paperwork
  • Accurately picking, packing and preparing customer orders
  • Loading and unloading vehicles using FLT equipment where authorised
  • Supporting stock movements between warehouse, production and dispatch areas
  • Maintaining accurate stock records using warehouse systems and scanners
  • Assisting with stock counts and inventory checks
  • Ensuring customer orders are picked, labelled and dispatched correctly
  • Liaising with production and logistics teams to meet delivery deadlines
  • Maintaining high housekeeping standards and following 5S principles
  • Carrying out equipment checks and adhering to all health & safety procedures

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience within a warehouse, stores or logistics environment
  • Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (essential)
  • Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
  • Experience using stock control or warehouse management systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines
  • Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude
  • Flexible approach to shifts and overtime requirements

Shift Pattern

  • Monday to Friday

Days 7am to 3pm

Backs 3pm to 11pm

Nights 11pm to 7am

£13.31 per hour plus shift allowance
