Location: Sidcup, Bexley, Greater London

Employment type: Full Time

Working Hours: (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm with overtime opportunities available)

About The Role…

We have a fantastic opportunity to join the RJ Power / Ipsum Team in Sidcup, London.

You'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly by managing stores, company assets, stock, and site facilities in a safe, efficient, and well-organised environment.

As a Stores Person you will be…

  • Managing the day-to-day operation of the stores and warehouse.
  • Control stock levels, goods in/out, stock movements, and stock takes.
  • Maintain accurate asset records, ensuring tools and equipment are tracked, inspected, and available when needed.
  • Coordinate facilities activities, including maintenance, supplies, security, cleaning, and workplace standards.
  • Support health and safety compliance, warehouse housekeeping, and risk management.
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure operational needs are met.

About You

  • Experience in stores, warehouse, stock control, or inventory management.
  • Knowledge of goods in/out, stock control, and asset management.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and asset or inventory management systems.
  • A good understanding of health and safety and manual handling practices.

  • Stores, warehousing, or inventory management qualification.
  • Forklift or manual handling certification.
  • Experience producing MI reports.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
